Coopersburg & Liberty Kenworth is Hiring a Diesel Technician 2nd Shift Near Woolwich, NJ

Just like the trucking business, Liberty Kenworth is thriving! During this time of growth, we are looking to add an experienced full-time second shift Diesel Technician to our team. Are you in the industry and looking to make a change? Are you a hard worker with a positive attitude? If so, we should talk!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, including diagnostics.
  • Must keep bay area clean and orderly in compliance with company safety policy

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Must communicate effectively with managerial staff.
  • Must work well individually and as part of a larger team.
  • Will need to have the ability to sit, squat, bend, pull, and lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout up to a twelve-hour shift.
  • Experience with electrical diagnostics and computer-based diagnostics and repair required.
  • The ability to climb in and out of Class 8 vehicles, Cranes, Garbage trucks, Cement Mixers, and other vocational equipment.
  •  2 years shop experience preferred.
  •  Must possess a high school diploma /GED.
  •  Vocational or technical certification required.
  • CAT/Cummins experience/certifications preferred.
  •  Required to possess PA semi-annual inspection license.
  • A valid CDL is required.
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift (3-11pm)
