The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for utilizing networking platforms (. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Professional Networks, Social Media, to source passive candidates for current and future opportunities within CooperVision.
This could include, but is not limited to : partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand needs, developing sourcing strategies, conducting searches for potential talent in the market, evaluating profiles, and initiating contact with potential candidates for specific roles.
Travel : Travel outside of regular work location : 5-10%; Regular local travel to CooperVision sites.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or relevant field. Master’s Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

For . locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $63,260 and $84,347 per year and may include cost of living adjustments.
