This person should have a strong mechanical aptitude and know how to do motor tune-ups, replace brakes and change or repair tires. CPI is a safety minded company thus such policies must be followed. Station Managers will also lead and develop a strong and effective team, collaborate with Operation Managers and promote the sales and services of CPI as a whole.

High school diploma or GED is required along with a minimum of two or more years related experience.
