PRODUCERS, a full-service video production and post production facility in Baltimore, is in search of a Post Production Operations Coordinator. As the Mid-Atlantic’s premiere production and post production studio, we are looking for someone to join our team who has an interest in production or post production, and is hungry to learn and grow within the company. This person should be personable and comfortable with interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Please note, this is an in-person role and requires this employee to be in the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm.

This is an administrative and client services position in our facility. It is not a creative post production / production position.

Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Media Production, Broadcast Journalism or any other related field.
- General knowledge of Production or Post Production is preferable.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator who can own their work, and uses initiative to problem solve.
- An expert multitasker who can juggle multiple projects at once in an efficient manner.

- Proficient with both PC and Mac computer software.
- Ability to handle phone calls and email requests for scheduling purposes.
- Knowledge of ScheduAll Software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling of editorial, audio and graphics suites.
- Distribution of scripts and materials to suites.
- Music licensing.
- Invoicing of projects using ScheduAll Software.
- Distribution of broadcast TV using front-end Extreme Reach Software.
- Working knowledge of all types of file compression.
- Working knowledge of HD formats, resolutions, frame rates and network deliverables.
- Assisting Executive Producers as needed.
- Coordinating with our production team to maintain optimal studio operations.
- Delivering top-notch hospitality services for our clients.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stocking kitchen & communal areas.
- Welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handling food orders and coordinating delivery for both staff and clients.
- Managing and screening calls.
- Performing various office administrative tasks as needed.
