Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is looking for an experienced, professional and dependable full-time Driver and Personal Assistant for the CEO. The driver’s primary responsibility is to safely transport the CEO and other passengers to and from their destinations, including some nights and weekends. While the driver is working but not driving, he/she will be expected to handle some personal errands and coordinate appointments for the CEO, as directed by the CEO’s Executive Assistant and the CEO’s Chief of Staff.

The ideal candidate must respect confidentiality and be extremely flexible. Additionally, he/she must be proactive, very organized, and detail oriented. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being calm, yet professional will help to make this candidate successful. The candidate must be a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to be resourceful. All candidates must have experience, have impeccable and verifiable references, and be looking to make a long-term commitment.

What You'll Do:

• Drive CEO and others throughout the week, including some nights and weekends. Ability to be “on call” as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and "Rules of the Road" regulations.
• Load bags, luggage, or other miscellaneous items and deliveries.
• Ensure the vehicle is: Detailed at all times, ready to go at a moment's notice, and maintained properly (arrange for all maintenance and keep proper maintenance records)
• Complete proper trip logs and expense reports
• Ability to keep all conversations 100% confidential and do not repeat anything overheard.
• Respect team's privacy (inquire about location addresses but never why they are going or who they are meeting).
• Greet guests and open door, however, restrain from small talk besides the normal hello and goodbyes.
• Administrative work may be assigned when not driving. Ability to accept other projects related to the business of the company as needed. Follow instructions from others on the CEO’s team.
• Manage recurring routine errands by completing with limited instruction.
• Act independently and on behalf of others to represent the company’s best interests.
• Additional responsibilities and opportunities can and will be added as candidate develops his/her skills and experience with the CEO’s Team.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Professional driver experience preferred
• Ability to utilize GPS efficiently, text, email and manage records on Microsoft Office
• Possess a concierge personality
• Must have an excellent driving record, and valid driver's license
• Must have proof of insurance
• Must be comfortable driving a short limo-size SUV
• Diligent attention to detail and safety
• Excellent verbal communication
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must represent Cooper's Hawk in a professional, positive manner
• Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision
• Ability to perform light lifting (up to 25 pounds)\
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment, regardless of weather conditions
