Description

To deliver exceptional customer service reflective of company values by responding to incoming customer inquiries related to sold installs. Be exceptional at instilling confidence in overcoming and resolving client concerns. Act as a liaison between the sales and install departments to ensure the customer always has a seamless experience. To schedule team members for the best fit for overall company needs.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Book install projects to dispatch board once review is complete.
  Schedule any additional requested work with subcontractors such as core drill, crane, lifts,
  etc..
  Review all required forms and documents for accuracy prior to the day of install.
  Review projects from the prior day, enter all the required dates to get it moved over for
  completion.
  Liaison for Project Managers and Installation Manager.
  Schedule work such as RTF’s, job walks, inspection corrections, etc..
  Review Quality Assurance jobs booked by call center.
  Record technicians mileage reports, OJL tasking forms, and commissions earned.
  Prepare reports such as project costing, technician statistics, team statistics, installation of
  the month, etc..
  Assist Quality Assurance technicians with preparing presentations on findings with
  Installation Team.
  Periodic customer contact for scheduling and updates.
  Maintain contact with trade schools to track career fairs, training, etc...

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of exceptional customer service experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including online systems and portals
• Bookkeeping and/or basic accounting skills
• Quality assurance to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to customers
