Compensation: Starting at $60,000 annually plus $18,000 bonus opportunity annually (paid monthly)

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring daily warehouse productivity and downtime goals are met through consistent teammate engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures equipment needed to receive, replenish, pick and load orders are accounted for before and after shift.
• Conducts daily pre-shift headcount against weekly manpower reports.
• Records and reports daily shift attendance and shift attendance exceptions to Area Managers.
• Ensures warehouse associates have equipment and supplies needed to perform job.
• Works with other Shift Supervisors to keep warehouse manpower balanced to ensure a daily efficient workflow.
• Moves between all area of the warehouse as required or directed to ensure consistent warehouse communication across the warehouse.
• Reports and monitors machine breakdowns to reduce work stoppage.
• Conducts daily work quality and time on task checks during shift and acts as needed to correct exceptions to work quality and time on task goals.
• Conducts initial warehouse safety incident investigation reports and submits to Operations Managers as needed.
• Assigns and supervises daily sanitation tasks needed to ensure warehouse sanitation goals.
• Responsible for warehouse equipment, inventory, startup, flow, load quality, safety and sanitation.

• Ability to move around three levels of a mezzanine and a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse throughout duration of shift
• Comfortable working in an upbeat, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Language skills required: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication

Key Competencies:

Basic computer literacy, supervisory experience
