Schedule: Monday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Tuesday: 12 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 
Restaurant Cashier Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Greeting guests and educating them on our menu options

· Taking food orders from guests, ringing up orders and completing transactions

· Assisting with meal prep such as making smoothies, delivering meals to guests, or prepping to-go orders

· Dining room maintenance such as clearing, resetting tables and trash removal

Requirements

The ideal Restaurant Cashier will possess: 

· Casual restaurant experience preferred but not required (will train)

· Must have a friendly upbeat, “on stage” attitude with excellent customer service skills

· Timeliness is a must

· Excellent communication skills and thinking fast on your feet

· Must be able to walk and stand for 5 to 6 hours

· Team work is essential and is required for success

· Must have the ability to take orders and be proficient at counting cash and processing credit card transactions

· 6 months experience in direct, front-facing customer service

· HS diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· English proficiency required, bilingual a plus
