Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food.
• Portions items for patient feeding.
• Assures that all products prepared in the salad area meet quality standards.
• Maintains productivity to assure that food service needs are met.
• Cleans and preps all produce items for use in the salad area and cafeteria.
• Maintains salad area and related storage areas.
• Follows safe food handling procedures.

Experience

• at least 1 year in a salad area or cafeteria preferred.

• High School or better
