We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all aspects of auditing and processing related to Accounts Receivable and Payroll, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• OPEN Availability 7AM TO 6PM (Monday-Friday)
• Accounts Receivable
• Processing payments (ACH, Credit Cards, Bank Deposits, Financing)
• Reconciling and auditing A/R balances monthly
• Collecting on outstanding A/R balances
• Reviewing and auditing invoices daily
• Responding to customers in regard to invoice and payment questions
• Reviewing and auditing paperwork for customers using financing
• Reconciling petty cash monthly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 2 year Accounting Experience (Minimum) 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethics and ability to keep information confidential
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
• Accounts Receivable and Payroll background.
• Good commination and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma, advanced degree or equivalent.
• Intermediate or Advanced user: Microsoft Office (word, excel, and power point)
• Candidates must be able to pass the following pre-employment requirements: Drug Screening -Background Check -MVR Driving Record Check.
