• Set up client sites and data in BAS software
• Accept and distribute service calls to several different branches within the company
• Communicate heavily with clients
• Check technicians in and out of service calls
• Update customer portals timely and accurately
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Performing on-call duties as an on-call Coordinator approximately every 7-9 weeks

• 2 years of previous experience in customer service or call centers.
• Able to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is a plus.
