Position Summary: As an Assistant Service Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and managing the business.

Responsibilities:

• Create proposals within company guidelines.
• Update current customers on worker order statuses and document any credits and adjustments to work orders.
• Oversee work order completion and technician's workload throughout the day.
• Interact with vendors and parts department to verify availability of parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3 years of dispatching or operations experience is preferred
• Industry knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration or similar is a plus, but not required
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
• Possess a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and manage conflict resolution.
• Ability to work M-FR 7am - 5pm
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
