Part-time role - the client is open to 15 to 20 hrs a week or lesser or slightly more depending on the candidate’s availability, they have flexibility on when the candidate works too since they know this is a part-time role, ideal situation would be the candidate is in the east coast as hiring mgr is in the west coast and candidate can finish his first job to do this part-time job 

my client 3Degrees wants to use Confluence as their interweb. Right now, the confluence is not being fully utilized, so they want someone to come in, make an assessment (by talking to employees) and then 2nd part is the implementation. 

They want this person coming in to have solid comm skills, someone who is good at giving presentations along with being an expert in confluence, Someone who can build out workflows, do presentations and teach best practices of utilizing confluence as a great tool. 

Someone that can come in and make sure employees internally will look at confluence as a standard tool to get updates about the company, important dates for the company, etc. Be able to help the use of this tool to the maximum extent of the employees. Employees shd be going to confluence as the first source of truth. Right now, employees don’t use it efficiently, they go to it once maybe in a month, some maybe even once in 6 months.

The interview will mostly be 1 round with the hiring manager where the candidate will talk about his expertise in confluence and talk about how he will go about working with the client to make confluence the main source of truth for the internal employees.
