Cooley Dickinson Hospital is Hiring a Patient Care-Scheduler- Full Time Near Northampton, MA
The Patient Care Coordinator in Medical Infusion Clinic at Cooley Dickinson has responsibility and accountability for scheduling appointments, completing medical history requests, and providing administrative services for the Medical Infusion Clinic. This position would also work as the liaison between the clinic, external referring practices, pharmacy and the patients to coordinate care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical practice preferred
- Demonstrated ability to type, as well as the ability to operate business office equipment including copy machines and fax machines required
- Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications including Windows and word processing required
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently required
