Duties include, but are not limited to, performing weekly swimming pool/spa service tasks based upon individual customer service level. This includes water testing, chemical adjustments, etc. This position requires someone to work very independently. You will not be micromanaged and need to be extremely responsible and a self-starter.

The person that fills this position should also have an attention to detail, be customer service oriented, possess strong communication skills and be mechanically inclined.

While this job does not require extreme lifting it is very active and requires a lot of up and down movement on your knees for performing service.

Even though this is a family business, there is room for growth within the company.

We provide a company vehicle (under the right circumstances, the employee may be able to take the truck home in order to start and stop their day from there) and all necessary equipment, supplies and additional education and training.

2 years pool service route experience is preferred, but potentially willing to train the right person.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

3 Years Verifiable Work Experience, Military Service Applicable

We will need confirmation of driving record prior to any final hire.
