Job Title: Teacher-in-Training

General Functions:
The Teacher-in-Training will participate in the Clare Swan Early Learning Center’s TOT (Train Our Teachers) program which is intended to train, mentor and support individuals seeking careers in Early Childhood Education. The Teacher in Training will work toward their CDA credential guidelines and hour requirements by actively engaging in direct instruction and hands-on classroom time.
