In our collaborative work environment, we're seeking a dedicated, highly skilled Front Office Manager who is passionate about making a significant impact in the medical field.

Your Role:As the Front Office Manager, you'll lead our front office operations with precision and care, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising our front office team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Managing patient flow and scheduling to optimize patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.
  • Overseeing equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and daily operations.
  • Enhancing patient satisfaction through effective communication and service initiatives.
  • Contributing to our patient care team by performing diagnostic testing and patient work-ups (training provided for the ideal candidate).

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A leader with at least 2 years of experience managing a clinical team of 10 individuals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with a preference for candidates with Microsoft Office experience.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a proven record of management success.
