Cook Craig & Francuzenko PLLC seeks a full-time intake specialist. We are a multi-practice law firm serving Virginia, DC, and Maryland and located in Oakton, VA.

This position serves as the first step in our client acquisition process and will work as part of an intake team with at least one other intake specialist.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from potential new clients;
• Completes data collection and other intake documents for determination of consultations;
• Tracks and maintains a variety of reports in a timely, highly accurate manner;
• Responsible for collection of required documents for consultations;
• Utilizing company software to schedule appointments, send confirmation emails, accept and send out links for payment, calendar invites, enter potential clients into our CRM, and update attorney calendars;
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to prioritize and assign consults based on urgency and complexity;
• Collaborate with the legal team to identify potential conflicts of interest and ensure ethical compliance;
• Respond to inquiries and send reminders for consultations via text and email;
• Perform general phone answering functions in conjunction with other staff;
• Regular availability to Firm Administrator;
• Other clerical support duties as assigned.

Spanish proficiency is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one-year prior office experience;
• Ability to effectively communicate and control the call while maintaining compassion and patience;
• Ability to handle and triage a large volume of telephone calls;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Provide quality calls and represent the firm in a positive and professional manner;
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize assignments;

This position will process a high volume of intake clients and necessitates administrative accuracy. Attention to detail is a must.

We are a 37.5 hour work week, Monday through Friday, operating from 9am to 5pm EST. Some limited overtime may occur in this role.

The hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour and will be commensurate with experience.
