Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dish machine, dishroom and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Qualifications : * High school diploma or GED.* 1-2 years food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.

Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer.* Must have Texas Food Handlers Card prior to employment.* Card must be current at all times during employment.
