Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.
Duties:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects
This position is for Apartment Turns & is temporary. However we do this yearly.
This is a fast pace job. You are giving a list of units to clean along with cleaning supplies/equipment. Pay is based on how many units you turn. This is a 1099 position. We start this job in July.
There is a lot of walking to this job. We do these units up to 7 days a week. You can work this However many days(times) you want but understand these units are first come first serve. We do not hold units per your schedule. We generally start around 7:30 -8 a.m until sometimes as late as 8 p.m.
You must have a working cell phone with internet as photos are required & texting.
This job is great for someone looking for extra income.
Pay is biweekly.we do not pay cash & we do not "front" pay either.

Pay: $15.00 - $150.00 per day
