We have a contract position(s) available for janitorial work, this contract pays weekly.We do not pay cash. This is a 1099 position. We do not "front" pay either. You are not required to have a drivers license but an ID.

This job is pretty easy but requires someone who is dependable and attentive to detail. It is great for someone who is looking for extra income around a full time job or is retired.

This job requires 1-2 days a week service 2x a day( Morning shift starts between 5 a.m & 6 a.m (no later then 6) & afternoon anytime between 1 & 7 p.m), This position is Saturday & Sundays only

1st shift starts between 5 & 6 a.m until finished(usually 1 hour cleaning time) cleaning restrooms.

2nd shift is done between 1 p.m & 6 p.m(45 minutes clean time max) only touching up bathrooms.

Job details/scope of work:

• 5-6 am arrival, clean and sanitize Men’s room first then women’s customer restroom then employees
• Return for afternoon shift to clean/touch up bathrooms(between 1 & 6 p.m)
• Take photos & clock in/out with IVR app required.

You MUST have:

• Dependable transportation & be dependable
• Working smartphone
• Working email
• Know how to operate a scrubber or be willing to learn
• Dependable Child care
• Attention to detail
• Must be ok with chemicals
