Compensation & Opportunity:

• Competitive starting wage of $18.25 – $25.50 per hour.

Pay: $18.25 - $25.50 per hour LEADING BONUS

Expected hours: 15± - 37.5± per week

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents of Virginia and the surrounding areas to inform them about our Charity Partners' missions.
• Effectively communicate our Charity Partners' goals, and showcase the positive impact of their contributions.
• Inspire potential donors to contribute to our Charity Partners' cause through recurring donations.
• Represent our Charity Partner's with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude and a natural ability to inspire others to take action.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or fundraising is a plus, *but not required.
