As a Customization Associate, you will be an ambassador for Converse customization and Brand. You will achieve this through the delivery of premium service and by creating a unique, personal, and customized experience for consumers. You will be helping customers to design their sneakers, tees, hoodies, bags, notebooks, and other customized products.

Service customers by identifying their personalization needs, scheduling design appointments, following up on orders, and general clientele management. Create loyal customers through a commitment to service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proficient in applying computer software programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to successfully help consumers translate their design vision into outstanding customized products!
• Ability to understand the customer's needs with knowledge of style, product, design, and current trends.
• Vital customer service and relationship-building skills & organizational skills.
