Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Volleyball Coach to join our team. This is a volunteer position that will receive a monthly stipend and a percentage of camp income.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide guidance and feedback to athletes to help them reach their full potential
- Effective execution of drills
- One-on-one development work with the student-athletes
- Offering input for game strategies as well as advice for specific plays or game tactics
- Film review
- Maintaining statistics when needed
- Assist with recruiting emails and out reach
- Help plan and assist with Camps and clinics, including camp promotions and outreach
- Managing players’ equipment needs
- Assist with social media

- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among players
- Ensure the safety of athletes during practice sessions and games
Other duties as assigned by head coach

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- associates degree required
- at least 2 years of playing or coaching experience (In-depth knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules)
- Ability to work early mornings (spring), evenings (fall) and weekends
- Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work on a team and in a fast-paced environment

- American Red Cross CPR Certification; Can be acquired between hiring and start date
