Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Warehouse Coordinator to join our amazing culture.

In this role, you will assist in all warehousing functions such as shipping and receiving, managing packing slips, communicating with internal colleagues when products arrive, and staging product.

What You’ll Do

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Responsible for receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
• May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Customer service and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Requirements :

Education : High School / GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience : (but not required) :

1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping / receiving
