What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

• Provides end user support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Provides technical support via phone or email to end users of security applications and hardware.
• Investigates and resolves user issues.
• Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network issues. Collaborates with other IT functions including network services, software systems and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
• Write scripts for automating data collection of security devices.
  • Gathers data on existing customer equipment and creates reports on equipment age, condition, etc..

• Write scripts for automating deployment of software/patches/hotfixes.
• Perform level 2 support for Linux based applications.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the user without being prompted.
• Strong Linux Skills.
• Stong Leadership skills.
• Self-motivated desire to learn new software and research issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to problem solve, learn quickly, and multi-task.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years IT
