Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled In-House Media Buyer with a strong background in digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google SEO/PPC, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning and adhering to our company's specific processes, optimizing ad campaigns for maximum efficiency, and coordinating with our creative team to ensure all materials align with our brand and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and YouTube.

· Analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend and performance based on trends and insights.

· Work closely with the creative team to develop ad materials that align with the strategic vision of each campaign.

· Continuously learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies that can improve campaign performance.

· Ensure all advertising practices comply with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Media Buyer, with specific expertise in Facebook Ads, Google SEO/PPC, and YouTube Ads.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and ROI analysis.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working closely with creative and technical teams.

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to company-specific processes and strategies.

Salary Range:

Depending on experience and location, the salary range for an In-House Media Buyer typically falls between $50,000 to $70,000 annually, plus performance bonuses. Candidates with exceptional experience or proven track records may command higher salaries.
