Overview

Summary

The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day production functions associated with rebuilding, testing, repairing and packaging phones, and other duties as assigned. Other duties that may be assigned are receiving and shipping orders, order prepping, and light work related to order fulfillment, warehouse and production reporting. Required skills are good communication, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Training new employees for remanufacturing, testing, and servicing of phone products
• Coordinates and communicates reordering of parts for re-stocking to Lead and Manager
• Sets up orders with Lead and Manager by ship date or production schedule
• Communicates with the team to update order readiness, production capacity, and shipping readiness
• Compiling daily production for reporting to manager at month-end
• Rebuilds previously used equipment by disassembling phones and reassembling with new and recycled parts

• Testing incoming phones for auditing purchase orders for pass/fail grade and communicating the information with the purchasing team

• Final testing for functionality of outgoing phones prior to final assembly
• Pre-packaging phones and accessories for final quality assurance
• Assists the warehouse in restocking inventory when product arrives, and identifies items that need re-ordering
• This role will be trained in production as well as in the warehouse with shipping, receiving and inventory duties.
• Helps maintain a clean and organized production area
• Takes on projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed
• Complies with all workplace safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years experience working in a light production or warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to teach complex system, technologies, and applications to product coordinator
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

• 2 plus years business experience in warehouse operations and manufacturing

Pay Range

$18.00 - $27.00/hour

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
