Responsibilities:

• Assess the eligibility of patients for home care services
• Provide orientation and supervision for home health aide personnel
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

NEW GRADS WELCOME

Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing

Current RN license in the state of New York (NYS)

Previous experience in home care is preferred
