Job Details:

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) with rotating weekend shifts

Working Hours: Day (7 am-3 pm), Evening (3 pm-11 pm), Night (11 pm-7 am)

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school
2. Possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New York
3. Proficient in organizing and overseeing nursing unit activities
4. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities
6. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is desirable but not mandatory

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in New York State
• Up-to-date MMR titers and immunizations
• Current CPR certification
