Assess patient eligibility for home care services

Provide orientation and supervision for home health aide personnel

Participate in Quality Improvement activities to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

NEW GRADS AVAILABLE

Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing

Current RN license in the state of New York (NYS)

Previous experience in home care preferred
