Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking to hire a full-time (Mon-Fri), Tenant Improvement Administrator in our Field Operations Department at our corporate headquarters in Anaheim, CA. Applicant will have at least 2 years of office experience and a commute of 30 miles or less to our office.

Education Requirements:

Associates degree (minimum)

Responsibilities include the following:

• Track/log/process paperwork (job packets, blueprints, checklists, receipts, etc.)
• Data entry
• Filing/phones/scanning/printing
• Support Field Foreman
• Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
• Other duties as assigned
