Charleston Wesley Chapel (www.charlestonwesleychapel.com) is a new, Class A, apartment home community in Wesley Chapel, FL and we are looking for our next Power Leaser & Marketing Guru. The position involves touring prospective residents, selling them on our wonderful community and helping them through the application/leasing and move in process. In addition, the Marketing Director is responsible for designing marketing plan, outside marketing, and overseeing the overall marketing of the community.

The ideal candidate is:

• A leasing superstar!

• Savvy with social media

• Comfortable with Craigslist postings

• Has experience with creative blogging/marketing

• Enjoys planning community functions

• Types fast and accurately

• Excels at administrative tasks
• Online Leasing experience is a must

• Has great energy

• Must be able to work with people in a fast-paced environment

Must be available to work weekends on a revolving schedule.

Additional skills preferred, but not required:

• Entrata experience will put you at the top of the list

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.90 - $20.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
