Summary/Objective

The Chief of Staff/EOS Integrator role is tasked with aligning all operational functions to optimize resource utilization for enhanced service quality, profitability, and strategic growth. This position requires both strategic and operational perspectives to proactively identify improved service capabilities and potential business opportunities. The Chief of Staff/EOS Integrator will serve as a genuine business partner to the Visionary/President and report directly to the CEO.

Supervisory Responsibility

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent visits to the production floor, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected. All travel must be approved in advance by management. Please reference the employee handbook for all applicable policies.

Expected Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations or manufacturing.
  • At least 5 years of previous operations management experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in roles supporting operations, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations management.
  • Prior experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills with effective communication methods.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Education and Experience

  • MBA with Operations concentration is desirable.
  • 10 years of previous operations management experience.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP system.
  • Experience with EOS.
