Essential Functions:
The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Technician is responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades. Some of the duties include:
- HVAC knowledge of controls
- HVAC system maintenance such as but not limited to:
- Plumbing system maintenance such as but not limited to:
- Basic electrical repair and maintenance
- General building maintenance
Qualifications
The Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Technician will have skilled trade experience in MEP systems including overall maintenance and controls totaling at least 5-10 years of experience. Ability to follow OSHA standards/requirements and local, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities. The right candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be able to work at various heights and on ladders. The candidate should be familiar with reading blueprints and specs and have knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance.
