• Construction knowledge, ability to read blue prints
• Strong background in painting both commercial and residential jobs
• Write and establish budgets with job costing, including material specification
• Possess strong computer skills
• Manage and grow team to increase category volume
• Must be able to handle large volume of clients in a timely manner
• Place orders for any special items required on assigned jobs
• Provide bi-weekly updates on all active jobs
• Perform quality control visual walk-through on all completed jobs
• Review all invoices for materials and subcontracted labor and approve for payment
• Develop and maintain relationships with a group of approved subcontractors who effectively carry out the repair work
• Prepare billing requests and review all job invoices and track to insure timely customer invoicing and payment receipt
• Market, Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Team Player Atmosphere must be willing to work with others

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant estimating work experience
• Flexible schedule nights and weekend will be required periodically
• Must be very proficient Word, Excel & Outlook
• CAPS Certification, Certification Aging in Place (I and II)
