Contract Exteriors is currently looking to fill a Purchasing Coordinator position . As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for placing the material orders to keep our remodeling jobs moving! You will work with the project managers and the other office staff to ensure the jobs are completed on budget, and have the correct amount of materials. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are required for this Purchasing Coordinator position. The person will ideally have previous construction or procurement experience and a has a high level of attention to detail. Are you looking to start your career in purchasing?

Job Duties include: 

• Reviewing material orders from the sales estimate sheets, and reviewing any changes
• Create the material orders and send it to the suppliers; receive acknowledgments for the order and check it for accuracy
• QuickBooks and CRM data entry 
• Material order tracking
• Creating material orders for additional work orders 
• Create labor purchase orders 

Requirements:

• Data entry, document management, file creation in google workspace 
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service while working with vendors and suppliers
• 1 year working in a professional setting
• A minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS...

• Nonexempt range....$17.00 to $20.00 per/hour based on experience
