Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about the organization and its services
- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment setup
- Maintain an organized front desk area, keeping it clean and presentable at all times
- Perform general office management duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Enter information into the computer system accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
