We are currently seeking an Employment Coordinator to manage the onboarding of new nurse staff and maintain the credentials of our existing team of nurses. Our Employment Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process in conjunction with our Director of Recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. They are also involved in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as college and career personnel, hospitals, and career fairs to ensure that our recruitment efforts are successful. Finally, they oversee and maintain the necessary employment credentials in our state of the art practice management system. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
