Case 1. Virginia Beach 23453 LPN 26-year-old female with Trach/Vent/G-tube. AVAILABILITY- Mon-Sun, 7 am-7 pm, 7 pm-7 am.

Case 2. Virginia Beach 23453 - RN or LPN 14-year-old female with ADLS, G-tube, Medication management AVAILABILITY- Mon-Fri 7 am-3 pm.

Case 3. Virginia Beach 23457 RN or LPN 8-year-old male Gj-tube, CP, Seizures. Availability: Mon - Fri, 8 am-4 pm.

Case 4. Virginia Beach 23455 RN or LPN 15-year-old male with ADLS and Foley Catheter. Availability - Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Case 5. Mayock NC RN 22-year-old-male with Cerebral Palsy, G-tube Availability Every other week 9 am-5 pm

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Valid VA nursing license or a compact state nursing license.
• Successfully pass a background check
• American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
• Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States
• Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray, if available
• The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.
