Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

• Valid PA nursing license or a compact state nursing license.
• Successfully pass a background checks- PA, FBI & Child Abuse
• American Heart Association approved CPR/BLS Certification
• Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray, if available (must be within the last 3 months)The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision.
