We are seeking an experienced personal care assistant to join our team in the Muskegon, Ravenna, and Twin Lakes, Michigan area. In this position, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home care and support to elderly and disabled clients. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

- Monitor clients' health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the care management team

- Engage clients in conversation and activities to provide companionship and improve their quality of life

- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client care in AxisCare

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a home care, nursing, or caregiver role preferred

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality

- Reliable transportation and valid driver license is required to travel to client homes within the Holland, MI area.
