Job description

Welcome to our new tasting lounge We are looking for a dynamic bartender for our team.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Hand sell bottles of our locally made spirits
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Set up/break down each shift
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders for customers

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling food and beverages
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs, cases of alcohol)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
