A full or part time opportunity is available, both affording the selected BCBA exceptional flexibility in scheduling and earning potential. In this role as a BCBA you will be responsible for:

• Completing clinical learning needs assessments and functional assessments
• Generating appropriate goals and objectives
• Writing treatment plan reports and interventions
• Creating data systems
• Reviewing and analyzing data
• Providing direct services (if applicable to case load) and family services
• Providing school support to our contracted partners
• Collaborating with other professionals in the field
• Providing parent training
• Supervising Behavior Technicians/Therapists
