We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced AV Engineer to join our team as a Tier III AV Resolver Engineer. The primary responsibility will be providing remote escalation support for field resources to troubleshoot and resolve various issues that occur in our customer’s Crestron and Cisco AV environment along with supporting rolling technology updates and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of escalation for maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, configuration, and installation of AV systems and equipment
• Interface with Continuant project and service teams, and directly with the customer to provide resolutions for highly complex systems
• Perform remote troubleshooting of AV networks
• Train and grow Tier I and Tier II AV Engineers
• Support Ops leadership in developing AV support best practices
• Assisting installation teams on-site with commissioning during new installs
• Assist with preventive maintenance, managed services, and upgrades of customer’s systems
• Assist with AV Design tasks and pre-sales activities as workload allows
• Communication to the Project Manager or Account Manager for internal awareness of issues

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years AV industry experience
• Experienced with Crestron and control systems
• Highly proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving Cisco and Crestron AV infrastructure
• Deep understanding of IT systems, architecture, and networking protocol for AV
• Experience with DSP systems such as QSC, BiAmp, BSS or similar
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with system commissioning
• CTS-I certification strongly preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Perform well under pressure
• Knowledge of Event Management and use of ISTM such as ServiceNow is strongly preferred
• Travel up to 30% annually
