Vernon, IL location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our group. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION
Warehouse Supervisor
Floor supervision of personnel in daily activities.
- Supervise Warehouse and shipping personnel to insure timely and accurate completion of assigned workload.
- Assist Warehouse Manager in maintaining accurate inventory of finished goods and accurate delivery/receipt quantities.
- Schedules workforce according to plant procedures.
- Communication regarding loading and unloading assignments.
- Keeps equipment maintained and operational.
- Communicates potential problems to proper personnel in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as designated by Warehouse Manager and maintains high standards of safety and good housekeeping in his/her work area.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is not able to offer visa support
Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing supervision experience.
