Continental Senior Communities is hiring a new Regional Director of Care and Wellness. Continental is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating memorable experiences for residents across all of its facilities. They are on a transformative journey to elevate the standards of healthcare and wellness in our communities and are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to spearhead this mission.

Position Overview: As the Regional Director of Care and Wellness, you will be entrusted with the vital task of standardizing processes and procedures across their network of dedicated memory care facilities and IL/AL/MC communities. They are seeking an individual with a strategic mindset who can conceptualize and implement robust frameworks that ensure the highest level of care and efficiency across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and standardization of the wellness procedures and processes for three dedicated memory care facilities and nine IL/AL/ MC Communities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop both leadership teams and floor staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Actively participate in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
  • Work with the Director of care and wellness to develop and implement EMR audit procedures for both ALIS and PCC.
  • Regularly collaborate with and report directly to the Director of Care and Wellness, providing valuable insights, updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Travel as required to various sites to oversee implementation, train teams, and ensure consistent quality of care.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Demonstrated strong clinical and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience in multi-site management.
  • Outstanding ability and desire to nurture and develop both leadership teams and floor staff.
  • Change management experience is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating, implementing, and overseeing standard operating procedures.
