Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Marketing Projects, including Technology Days and Trade Show Coordination, Customer Event Attendance Coordination
- Setup new customer accounts
- Develop and implement office SAP training programs
- Order entry, including processing all orders for one or more branch office locations
- Backlog processing
- Reconcile purchase orders for accuracy and completeness prior to sending to credit
- Prepare and review sales quotations and notify sales representative of any errors
- Answer and direct customer inquiries to appropriate individuals
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience
- Good communication skills required
- Various SAP programs, Microsoft office products (Excel, Word)
