Continental Resources is Hiring a Credit and Collections Manager Near Bedford, MA
• Provide direct management and supervision of the credit associates
• Maintain DSO per plan
• Maintain A/R write off for year end
• Reduction of demos
• Collect 100% of monthly revenue for fiscal year
• Direct development of credit and collection procedures according to corporate policy
• Direct investigation of customer credit
• Authorize credit levels and terms of payment
• Manager the accounts receivable collections and the adjustment of customer claims
• Conduct credit committee meetings
• Ensure compliance with all states abandoned property laws
• Endure compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Laws
• Maintain ISO training compliance
Education: BS Degree in general business subjects preferred
• 10 years direct credit and collection experience in a commercial credit and/or collection
environment
• Extensive experience with the credit and collections agencies
• ERP experience in the credit and collections modules
• Microsoft office skills such as Word, Excel, Access and/or Outlook
Training:
• Training will be provided by the current Credit staff and review of CRI’s
credit and collection policies
