Job Summary:

Continental Pools is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. Someone who is a team player, who can focus on multiple aspects of our seasonal business - from recruiting, staff management and scheduling. Must be willing to work weekends during the summer as that is the busy season.

Duties:

• Help handle the recruiting and hiring of staff
• Track necessary paperwork
• Schedule and staff during the Summer seasom
• Interview and hire employees
• Help answer phone calls and perform various office duties assigned by the company managers

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs
• Well organized and ability to multi-task
• Possess a dynamic, warm and outgoing personality
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Experience preferred but willing to train
• Current lifeguard certification or willing to go through a lifeguard training class

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
